The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher CD300E Mutation is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CD300E expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and SKCM show a favorable association.
UCEC, TGCT, and SKCM are the cancer types where CD300E Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
