Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CD300E mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 12 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CD300E-associated genes across cancer lineages are Notch1, p21, and PCNA. Each is linked with CD300E in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CD300E-to-partner and partner-to-CD300E results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CD300E→partner) and Y-score (partner→CD300E) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
