Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CD2BP2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated CD2BP2 data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC), where higher CD2BP2 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CD2BP2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LIHC, SKCM, and LUAD are the cancer types where CD2BP2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
