Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, CD2BP2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CD2BP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are EPPIN, MCHR2, and NKX2-6. Each is linked with CD2BP2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CD2BP2-to-partner and partner-to-CD2BP2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, EPPIN grouped by CD2BP2-low versus CD2BP2-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CD2BP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CD2BP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
