CD2AP

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CD2AP protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,459 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CD2AP-associated genes across cancer lineages are KIF7, ENPP4, and UBR2. Each is linked with CD2AP in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CD2AP-to-partner and partner-to-CD2AP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CD2AP→partner) and Y-score (partner→CD2AP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
