CD28

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CD28 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,175 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CD28-associated genes across cancer lineages are TCP11X1, MTCO3P42, and CYCSP41. Each is linked with CD28 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CD28-to-partner and partner-to-CD28 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TCP11X1 grouped by CD28-low versus CD28-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CD28→partner) and Y-score (partner→CD28) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
