CD276

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CD276 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,873 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CD276-associated genes across cancer lineages are MRPL16, COX5A, and PTP4A3. Each is linked with CD276 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CD276-to-partner and partner-to-CD276 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MRPL16 grouped by CD276-low versus CD276-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CD276→partner) and Y-score (partner→CD276) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
