Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CD24P2 RNA is linked to patient survival in 16 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated CD24P2 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in mesothelioma (MESO), where higher CD24P2 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CD24P2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as ESCA and UCS show a favorable association.

MESO, KICH, and ACC are the cancer types where CD24P2 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
