Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CD24P1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 9 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated CD24P1 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), where higher CD24P1 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CD24P1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as STAD show a favorable association.
LUSC, KICH, and STAD are the cancer types where CD24P1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
