CD244

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CD244 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,933 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CD244-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RASAL3, APOL3, and ARHGAP15. Each is linked with CD244 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CD244-to-partner and partner-to-CD244 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CD244 versus RASAL3 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.60.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CD244→partner) and Y-score (partner→CD244) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
