Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CD244 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,739 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CD244-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC01514, JRKL-AS1, and RAC1P9. Each is linked with CD244 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CD244-to-partner and partner-to-CD244 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CD244 versus LINC01514 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.79.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CD244→partner) and Y-score (partner→CD244) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
