Across TCGA cell cohorts, CD24 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,316 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CD24-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of nephron tubule epithelial cell differentiation, Protein transport within lipid bilayer, and Glomerular parietal epithelial cell differentiation. Each is linked with CD24 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CD24-to-partner and partner-to-CD24 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Positive regulation of nephron tubule epithelial cell differentiation grouped by CD24-low versus CD24-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.
