CD22

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CD22 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 42 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CD22-associated genes across cancer lineages are XBP1, FOXO3a_pS318_S321, and Myosin-IIa_pS1943. Each is linked with CD22 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CD22-to-partner and partner-to-CD22 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, XBP1 grouped by CD22-low versus CD22-high in LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CD22→partner) and Y-score (partner→CD22) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
