CD207

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CD207 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,137 significant associations in total. TGCT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CD207-associated genes across cancer lineages are CLEC4F, CD1E, and FCER1A. Each is linked with CD207 in more than 32 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CD207-to-partner and partner-to-CD207 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CD207 versus CLEC4F in LGG, with a Pearson correlation of 0.72.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CD207→partner) and Y-score (partner→CD207) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
