Across TCGA cell cohorts, CD200R1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,338 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CD200R1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion, Regulation of myoblast fusion, and Negative regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion. Each is linked with CD200R1 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CD200R1-to-partner and partner-to-CD200R1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion grouped by CD200R1-low versus CD200R1-high in OESOPHAGUS.
