CD2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CD2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,432 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CD2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLA2, NKG7, and IL10RA. Each is linked with CD2 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CD2-to-partner and partner-to-CD2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CD2 versus SLA2 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.82.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
