CD2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CD2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CD2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CENPVL1 and IL2. Each is linked with CD2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CD2-to-partner and partner-to-CD2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CENPVL1 grouped by CD2-low versus CD2-high in OESOPHAGUS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
