CD1E

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CD1E RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,669 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CD1E-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Lysosome organization, Lytic vacuole organization, and Negative regulation of mRNA splicing, via spliceosome. Each is linked with CD1E in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CD1E-to-partner and partner-to-CD1E results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Lysosome organization grouped by CD1E-low versus CD1E-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CD1E→partner) and Y-score (partner→CD1E) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
