CD1E

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CD1E mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CD1E-associated genes across cancer lineages are MMP26, OR10G2, and SPATA31A5. Each is linked with CD1E in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CD1E-to-partner and partner-to-CD1E results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MMP26 grouped by CD1E-low versus CD1E-high in BLOOD_Myeloma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CD1E→partner) and Y-score (partner→CD1E) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
