CD1D

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CD1D RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,315 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CD1D-associated genes across cancer lineages are DOCK2, C1QC, and ITGB2. Each is linked with CD1D in more than 32 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CD1D-to-partner and partner-to-CD1D results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CD1D versus DOCK2 in SKCM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.79.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CD1D→partner) and Y-score (partner→CD1D) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
