Across TCGA cell cohorts, CD1D RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,990 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CD1D-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Antigen processing and presentation of lipid antigen via MHC class Ib, Antigen processing and presentation, endogenous lipid antigen via MHC class Ib, and Antigen processing and presentation, exogenous lipid antigen via MHC class Ib. Each is linked with CD1D in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CD1D-to-partner and partner-to-CD1D results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Antigen processing and presentation of lipid antigen via MHC class Ib grouped by CD1D-low versus CD1D-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.
