Across TCGA cell cohorts, CD1C RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,615 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CD1C-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of complement activation, Homologous recombination, and Antigen processing and presentation of lipid antigen via MHC class Ib. Each is linked with CD1C in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CD1C-to-partner and partner-to-CD1C results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of complement activation grouped by CD1C-low versus CD1C-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.
