CD1C

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CD1C mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CD1C-associated genes across cancer lineages are APOBEC1, KRT76, and C2orf80. Each is linked with CD1C in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CD1C-to-partner and partner-to-CD1C results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, APOBEC1 grouped by CD1C-low versus CD1C-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CD1C→partner) and Y-score (partner→CD1C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
