CD1B

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CD1B mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,483 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CD1B-associated genes across cancer lineages are CHAF1A, GPATCH4, and MON1A. Each is linked with CD1B in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CD1B-to-partner and partner-to-CD1B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CHAF1A grouped by CD1B-low versus CD1B-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CD1B→partner) and Y-score (partner→CD1B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
