CD1B

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CD1B RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,503 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CD1B-associated genes across cancer lineages are CD1E, CD3D, and CD3G. Each is linked with CD1B in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CD1B-to-partner and partner-to-CD1B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CD1B versus CD1E in BLOOD_Leukemia, with a Pearson correlation of 0.97.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CD1B→partner) and Y-score (partner→CD1B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
