Across TCGA cell cohorts, CD1B RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,329 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CD1B-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of proteasomal ubiquitin-dependent protein catabolic process, Regulation of TOR signaling, and Symbiont-mediated disruption of host cellular anatomical structure. Each is linked with CD1B in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CD1B-to-partner and partner-to-CD1B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of proteasomal ubiquitin-dependent protein catabolic process grouped by CD1B-low versus CD1B-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.
