CD1A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CD1A mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 24 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CD1A-associated genes across cancer lineages are Rictor_pT1135, ASNS, and FoxM1. Each is linked with CD1A in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CD1A-to-partner and partner-to-CD1A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Rictor_pT1135 grouped by CD1A-low versus CD1A-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CD1A→partner) and Y-score (partner→CD1A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
