Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CD19 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated CD19 data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 2 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher CD19 Mutation is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CD19 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and SKCM show a favorable association.
UCEC, LIHC, and ACC are the cancer types where CD19 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
