CD19

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CD19 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,280 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CD19-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNY4P23, MIR8053, and COPS4. Each is linked with CD19 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CD19-to-partner and partner-to-CD19 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNY4P23 grouped by CD19-low versus CD19-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CD19→partner) and Y-score (partner→CD19) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
