Across TCGA cell cohorts, CD19 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,746 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CD19-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are B cell proliferation involved in immune response, Purine nucleoside triphosphate metabolic process, and Purine ribonucleoside triphosphate metabolic process. Each is linked with CD19 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CD19-to-partner and partner-to-CD19 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, B cell proliferation involved in immune response grouped by CD19-low versus CD19-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.
