CD19

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CD19 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CD19-associated genes across cancer lineages are SCGB1A1, NPY2R, and ARGFX. Each is linked with CD19 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CD19-to-partner and partner-to-CD19 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SCGB1A1 grouped by CD19-low versus CD19-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CD19→partner) and Y-score (partner→CD19) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
