CD180

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CD180 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 32 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CD180-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATM, 14-3-3_beta, and PCNA. Each is linked with CD180 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CD180-to-partner and partner-to-CD180 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ATM grouped by CD180-low versus CD180-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CD180→partner) and Y-score (partner→CD180) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
