Across TCGA cell cohorts, CD180 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,804 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CD180-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are B cell proliferation involved in immune response, Intermembrane lipid transfer, and Positive regulation of plasma membrane bounded cell projection assembly. Each is linked with CD180 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CD180-to-partner and partner-to-CD180 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, B cell proliferation involved in immune response grouped by CD180-low versus CD180-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.
