CD180

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CD180 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CD180-associated genes across cancer lineages are BTNL2, C18orf63, and MTRNR2L5. Each is linked with CD180 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CD180-to-partner and partner-to-CD180 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, BTNL2 grouped by CD180-low versus CD180-high in CNS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CD180→partner) and Y-score (partner→CD180) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
