Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CD177 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated CD177 data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 3 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in skin cutaneous melanoma (SKCM), where higher CD177 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CD177 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
SKCM, GBM, and BRCA are the cancer types where CD177 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
