Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CD163L1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 10 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated CD163L1 data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher CD163L1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CD163L1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
HNSC, UCEC, and ESCA are the cancer types where CD163L1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
