CD163

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CD163 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 71 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CD163-associated genes across cancer lineages are ASNS, c-Met_pY1235, and MIG-6. Each is linked with CD163 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CD163-to-partner and partner-to-CD163 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ASNS grouped by CD163-low versus CD163-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CD163→partner) and Y-score (partner→CD163) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
