CD160

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CD160 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 631 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CD160-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR6M1, RNU6-47P, and RNU6-1336P. Each is linked with CD160 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CD160-to-partner and partner-to-CD160 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR6M1 grouped by CD160-low versus CD160-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CD160→partner) and Y-score (partner→CD160) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
