CD14

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CD14 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 190 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CD14-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZIK1P1, JAK2, and CCL27. Each is linked with CD14 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CD14-to-partner and partner-to-CD14 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ZIK1P1 grouped by CD14-low versus CD14-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CD14→partner) and Y-score (partner→CD14) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
