CD14

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → IMMUNEPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CD14 mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 8 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CD14-associated genes across cancer lineages are Mast cells, Macrophages, and Melanocytes. Each is linked with CD14 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CD14-to-partner and partner-to-CD14 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Mast cells grouped by CD14-low versus CD14-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CD14→partner) and Y-score (partner→CD14) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
