Across TCGA cell cohorts, CD14 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,956 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CD14-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Response to triacyl bacterial lipopeptide, Cellular response to triacyl bacterial lipopeptide, and Response to diacyl bacterial lipopeptide. Each is linked with CD14 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CD14-to-partner and partner-to-CD14 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Response to triacyl bacterial lipopeptide grouped by CD14-low versus CD14-high in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT.
