CD101

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CD101 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 11,298 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CD101-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRUNE2, TTN, and MUC16. Each is linked with CD101 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CD101-to-partner and partner-to-CD101 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PRUNE2 grouped by CD101-low versus CD101-high in LUAD.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CD101→partner) and Y-score (partner→CD101) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
