CCZ1B

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCZ1B mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 37 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCZ1B-associated genes across cancer lineages are 14-3-3_beta, EGFR, and eIF4E. Each is linked with CCZ1B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCZ1B-to-partner and partner-to-CCZ1B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, 14-3-3_beta grouped by CCZ1B-low versus CCZ1B-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCZ1B→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCZ1B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
