Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CCT8L2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 13 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated CCT8L2 data layer compared with 12 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC), where higher CCT8L2 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CCT8L2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and STAD show a favorable association.
LIHC, LUAD, and KICH are the cancer types where CCT8L2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
