CCT8

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCT8 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,179 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCT8-associated genes across cancer lineages are NUDT4B, RNU6-1273P, and MIR4749. Each is linked with CCT8 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCT8-to-partner and partner-to-CCT8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NUDT4B grouped by CCT8-low versus CCT8-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCT8→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCT8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
