CCT8

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CCT8 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6 significant associations in total. KIDNEY shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCT8-associated genes across cancer lineages are FTMT, SPRR2F, and ADGRE3. Each is linked with CCT8 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCT8-to-partner and partner-to-CCT8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FTMT grouped by CCT8-low versus CCT8-high in SOFT_TISSUE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCT8→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCT8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
