Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCT6B mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 509 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CCT6B-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRAJ12, CCDC75P1, and RNU4-16P. Each is linked with CCT6B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCT6B-to-partner and partner-to-CCT6B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TRAJ12 grouped by CCT6B-low versus CCT6B-high in CESC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCT6B→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCT6B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
