Across TCGA cell cohorts, CCT6B RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,677 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCT6B-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are COPII-coated vesicle budding, COPII vesicle coating, and Vesicle targeting, rough ER to cis-Golgi. Each is linked with CCT6B in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCT6B-to-partner and partner-to-CCT6B results are reported.
