CCT6A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCT6A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,617 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCT6A-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRY, TSPY10, and CST12P. Each is linked with CCT6A in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCT6A-to-partner and partner-to-CCT6A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PRY grouped by CCT6A-low versus CCT6A-high in LIHC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCT6A→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCT6A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
