CCT5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCT5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,443 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCT5-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR1261, COPS8P3, and RNU6-249P. Each is linked with CCT5 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCT5-to-partner and partner-to-CCT5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR1261 grouped by CCT5-low versus CCT5-high in LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCT5→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCT5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
